Next Saturday, April 19th, the annual Ottawa Eco-Stewardship Fair is taking place from 10 am to 4 pm at the RA center on Riverside Drive. They've got a great lineup for the day including interesting speakers, cool exhibitors such as Pure Know How, which is a great resource to tell you about what's truly in the products you use everyday, Green Beaver, whose yummy products have already been featured on ecochick, and tons more. There will also be a 100-mile local food luncheon and the awarding of the annual Eco-Stewardship Fair Awards to "recognize individuals, groups, organizations or businesses that have made a significant contribution to protecting the environment and promoting conservation and sustainability."
